Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of Bex Forster in writing.

High Resolution Digital Downloads

You can purchase digital downloads from your online gallery in high resolution with printing rights so you can produce your own prints. Please note that the files you download are for your own personal use and cannot be used for commercial or any other purpose without written consent from Bex Forster. The copyright of all images remains the property Bex Forster. Because of the nature of digital files all sales will be final and it is not possible to return them once they have been downloaded. In the unlikely event that the download process fails, please get in touch so I can resend them to you but please be aware that no refunds can be given.

• I am aware that this is a digital purchase and that no physical product will be shipped.
• I understand that due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
• I understand my digital products will be delivered immediately following purchase. It is then your responsibility to download and backup your files immediately. A download link will be sent to your email and will be active for 5 days. This link is for your use only. Sharing the link to allow others access to the download is not permitted.
• I understand Bex Forster is not responsible for files lost, deleted, or damaged by the user.
